No, this is not possible. The software running on the IPMC does not recognise any other “language” than the IPMI defined for text mode, or optionally binary mode if set up, but it still is IPMI. What you could do is define your own OEM IPMI commands, which would execute user-specific code. Examples for those are shown in https://cern-ipmc-forum.web.cern.ch/t/examples-for-oem-commands/135
