Only now was a new issue created in Discourse!
And that is because I added “CERN-IPMC Support” cernipmc.webapp@cern.ch. This email address is in the e-group epesebe-xtca-support, but Discourse doesn’t know it, and that seems to be the problem … We should really be using cernipmc.webapp@cern.ch for all IPMC related requests …
